Bangalore has long been the favorite destination of people from all over India and the World. Naturally Real Estate always commands a premium, compared to most cities. Sobriquets such as "Pensioners Paradise" and Garden City have given way to the world's "Second Silicon Valley", "India's fifth metropolis", and "Asia's fastest growing city".
With leading Multinationals setting up factories and corporate offices here, and Indian companies following suit the price of real estate and rentals have been driven up steadily. A Business India Survey among CEO's, Executives and Students revealed Bangalore rated No 1. by the students and N0 2. by the professionals as their most preferred city to live and work in.

Some U.S. brokers have been in India since the mid-1990s. But the push to open offices here is accelerating, according to industry experts.
