Gurupriaya Mancahaale is promoted by Gurupriya Housing (P) Ltd. Established in 1992, the company, till date, 23 projects to its credit. Gurupriya has four professional directors led by Managing Director Mr. K.VBhat having about 30 years of experience in apartment promotion. M/s Srinivas & Khan are the architects for the project. They are one of the most accomplished designers and are instrumental in designing some of the landmark buildings of Bangalore.
